1:1 Soul Support
Soul Support is a 1:1 journey designed to help you feel clearer, more aligned, and fully in your body. We’ll blend intuitive energy work, spiritual guidance, emotional integration, and grounded practices so you leave each session feeling resourced, clear, and more connected to yourself.

Evil Eye Removal
The evil eye is a form of a curse or energetic disruption, either intentional or unintentional.
In Italian culture, we call it ‘mal’occhio’, which literally means ‘bad eye.’”
It can be cast through just a look or from strong feelings like envy, jealousy, ill will, or resentment.
One of the most common ways someone can give the evil eye is through excessive compliments or praise, especially if there is physical contact while doing so. It can be cast indirectly, like through social media or messages, not just in person. It can also happen unintentionally, without the sender realizing. For example, someone might give an overly enthusiastic compliment about your success and unintentionally project envy
The evil eye can bring a series of bad luck, misfortune, or even illness, but manifests uniquely for each person and shows up in different ways depending on the individual.

You might not always sense when someone’s sending it or given it to you, but some common symptoms that you might have the evil eye are:

Lineage
Since childhood, I have been drawn to the ways of those who came before me. The old ways. The quiet magic woven into everyday life.
In my family, we did not call it by a specific name. It was simply how things were done, passed through oral tradition, through my nonni’s hands, prayers, rituals, and stories, not books.
This tradition carried blessings spoken softly, rituals with olive oil and salt, bundles of pepperoncino with lemon hung above door thresholds for protection, ancestral altars, prayers and petitions to Saints, the knowing that the ancestors are always near, dream interpretation, tracking the Moon, and more.
These ancestral ways, full of prayer, earth, spirit, and heart, became the foundation of Life Through Spirit.
They are woven into all of my offerings.
